What to put as a title when the post is so small???

Just Wondering...

When people say that they are not feeling well, what exactly does that mean?

That they are NOT FEELING WELL or they are NOT WELL?

Because sometimes you can BE WELL but NOT FEEL WELL or NOT BE WELL but FEEL WELL!!
